본 연구는 제철음식 메뉴를 이용하고 있거나, 이용해본 경험자를 대상으로 제철음식 인식이 음식선택속성과 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하는데 있다. 제철음식 메뉴를 이용하고 있거나, 이용해본 경험자를 대상으로 2020년 8월 01일부터 08월 31일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 통계분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 제철음식 인식이 음식선택속성에 미치는 요인에서는 음식선택요인의 제철음식조리법이 가장 높고, 편의성요인, 서비스요인, 제철음식품질요인이 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 음식선택속성이 만족도에 미치는 요인은 제철음식조리법요인이 가장 높고, 제철음식품질요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 제철음식 인식이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.


The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of seasonal food awareness on food selection attributes and satisfaction in those who had used or were using seasonal foods. A survey was conducted from August 1 through 31, 2010, on the people who had used or were using seasonal foods. As for statistical analysis, SPSS 23.0 version for Windows was utilized to make a frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: Regarding the impact of seasonal food awareness on food selection attributes, a seasonal food recipe factor that was a food selection factor was most influential, followed by a convenience factor, a service factor and a seasonal food quality factor. As to the impact of food selection attributes on satisfaction, the seasonal food recipe factor was most influential, and the seasonal food quality factor exerted influence. Seasonal food awareness affected satisfaction.
