본 연구는 대학생의 의사결정유형, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로동기와 진로미결정간의 구조적 관계를 검증하고, 의사결정유형과 진로미결정의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로동기가 매개효과를 가지는지를 확인함으로써 대학생들의 진로상담 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 충북에 소재한 대학교에 재학중인 학생 238명이며, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 의사결정유형, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로동기와 진로미결정의 관계를 설명하는 구조모형은 모두 기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의사결정유형이 진로미결정에 영향을 미치는 과정에 진로결정자기효능감과 진로동기의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 의사결정유형은 진로결정자기효능감을 높여 진로동기를 발현시킨 후 진로결정상태를높이는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 대학생의 합리적이고 직관적인 의사결정 훈련을 통해 진로결정자기효능감을 높이고, 종국적으로 진로결정수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 장기적이고 체계적인 진로교육 프로그램이 고안되어야 할 필요성이 있음을 말해준다.


This study was to find out the structural relation among types of decision making, career decision-making self efficacy, career motivation and career indecision of college students. In addition, the study tried to examine whether the career decision-making self efficacy and career motivation have any mediating effects on career indecision. 238 college students attending the colleges located in Chungbuk were sampled and the collected data were analyzed using the structural equation model. The major results of the study were as follows; First, the fit of the final model explaining the relationship among the type of decision making, career decision-making self efficacy, career motivation and career indecision for college students was found out to be compliant with the standards. Second, the study was made to find out how the type of decision making affects the career indecision and how the career decision-making self efficacy, and career motivation have the mediating effect. The result showed that the type of decision making enhances the career decision-making self efficacy to expose the career motivation and then makes the enhanced decision making status. Especially, it was shown that the career decision-making self efficacy has the largest mediating effect. Accordingly, the college students shall get the training in a way that when they make the decision, they are not dependent but are reasonable and intuitive. Then, they could make their career decision-making self efficacy enhance and the level of career decision making improved. The long term and systematic career program shall be designed using such procedure.
