Korean SMEs have a difficult time to grow into a KOSDAQ listed company. SMEs which are listed on KOSDAQ have already been recognized as a new group supporting the national economy. This study aims to suggest a growth strategy by analyzing the success factors of SMEs which effect the time to list in KOSDAQ market. Based on the research model established by precedent studies, a multiple regression analysis was performed by considering the company’s capacity which influences the period of KOSDAQ listing. The results of the demonstrative analysis showed that the revenue, portion of exports,ROE, reserve ratio and the age of company had significant influence on the period of KOSDAQ listing. This study is meaningful as it derived the success factors of KOSDAQ listing through actual data and demonstrative analysis.
