The purpose of this study was to understand foodservice employees of acceptance of information technology and system use activity. Based on total 422 employees obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed reliability and fitness of research model and verified total 5 hypotheses using Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, χ2 530.536(df 188), GFI .901,RMR .072, NFI .898, CFI .931, RMSEA .066. As a result of empirical analysis, individual IT skill, image, training support as external environment factors of foodservice employees, were indicated to have influence upon perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness has significantly positive effects. Also, perceived ease of use(β=.179) and perceived usefulness(β=.677) had positive influence upon system use activity. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
