China has made rapid progress to a market economy. Since the reopening of official relations in 1992, Korean and China have become major trading partners, apart from myriad exchanges in culture and other aspects of society. The subject of this study is to analysis on product satisfaction and re-purchase intention for china country image. This paper investigates the determinants on product satisfaction and China country image in the China's goods of Korea consumer. The questionnaires are sended 500 samples and 360returns, 338 of them are analyzed for a this study. This paper has there main a parts, Multiple regression result shows that the goods satisfaction are positively affected by 'political image', and 'the character of a nation'. However,The 'society safety, 'industrialization level', 'economic image' and 'cultural image' does not affect in goods satisfaction. Also, the Chinese goods satisfaction are positively affected by the re-purchase intention.
