Purpose of this study is to find the effect of complexly composed as walking, resistance exercise with weight bearing, and balance training to young old women. VO2max was significantly increased which related to locomotion ability category, step up and down, trunk standing, sit-and-reach showed significant increased which related to daily activity category. Also, squeeze and sit and stand up on a chair which related to strength significantly increased. Consequently, this study has found that complexly composed as walking, resistance exercise with weight bearing, and balance training have positive affect to body composition, locomotion ability, daily activity, and strength which health related physical strength to young old women.
