본 연구는 비정규직 호텔종사원의 여가참여형태에 따라 여가만족과 제약에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 실증분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 비정규직 호텔종사원의 여가만족요인은 ‘사회적’, ‘신체적’, ‘환경적’, ‘교육적’, ‘심리적’ 요인이며, 여가제약요인으로는 ‘내재적’, ‘환경적’, ‘구조적’, ‘대인적’ 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여가만족의 ‘사회적’, ‘신체적’, ‘환경적’, ‘교육적’, ‘심리적’ 요인에서 비활동적 여가와 활동적 여가간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 여가제약은 ‘내재적’요인에서만 비활동적 여가와 활동적 여가간의 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 여가활동 주기에 따른 호텔종사원의 여가만족에 대하여 ‘신체적’, ‘환경적’에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 여가제약에서는 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 없었다.


The purpose of this study was to find how the various types of leisure activities of hotel contingent workers affected their leisure satisfaction and to see what the relation between leisure activities, satisfaction and constraints was. The research and analysis of this study showed the following results. Firstly, the factors for the leisure satisfaction of contingent workers were 'social', 'physical', 'environmental', 'educational' and 'psychological' ones. The factors for the leisure constraints were 'implicit', 'environmental', 'structural' and 'interpersonal' ones. Secondly, there were differences in 'social', 'physical', 'environmental', 'educational' and 'psychological' factors of leisure satisfaction, depending on the types of leisure activities(whether active or inactive). Only in 'internal' factors of leisure constraints, there was difference between leisure activities. Thirdly, there were differences in 'physical' and 'environmental' factors of leisure satisfaction on the perspectives of cycle of leisure activities. However, there were no differences in all leisure constraints factors.
