본 보육의 질은 보육교사의 전문성과 자질에 의해 결정되므로 보육교사를 위한 지속적인 재교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 현직 보육교사를 위한 보수교육은 직무교육과 승급교육으로 분리·운영되며 직무교육은 3년에 1회씩 권장사항으로 진행되고 있는 현실이다. 이에 따라 보육교사의 보수교육에 대한 현황을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 한 개선방안을 제시하여 교사의 전문성을 확보할 수 있는 방안에 대해 체계적으로 연구하고자 한다.


Cause Childcare teachers' professionalism and quality is one of the most important determinants for childcare quality, the importance of childcare teachers' education cannot be overemphasized Childcare teachers' education is devided into preservice education and inservice education, the inservice education is compulsory education with government support. This study was to find out the state of Gyeonggido childcare teachers' inservice education and improve the inservice education policy. 426 inservice education students and 84 lecturers were subjects for this study. Types of education, determinants for choice of education institutes, opinion of lecture contents were investigated. The results were that Gyeonggido childcare teachers took class after childcare working, the inservice education were ineffective, therefore we have to change the inservice education system and reorganize the education contents as students wanting.
