공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management; SCM)는 경영학 분야의 핵심이슈로서 지속적으로 연구되고 있으며, 실무적으로도 생산역량강화를 위해 공급사슬관리활동의 비중이 확대되어지고 있다.


It is generally accepted that Supply Chain Management(SCM) is a key success factor to create firm innovation. Especially with advance of information technology, firm strategy to integrate supply chain activities is being considered frequently nowadays and it also makes firm improve its supply chain performance dramatically through higher levels of activity efficiency and integration. As a consequence, the need to find diverse activities and to optimize the performance of SCM is increased and firms adopting SCM try to identify their activity of SCM and figure out the effect of SCM on firm. Thus, this study was designed to figure out the effect of the activities of SCM on SCM performance. For this, a survey was conducted to the managers of SCM department in companies and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) techniques was used for this analysis. SCM activity factors were comprised of ‘information infrastructure’, ‘support activities for SCM’, and ‘collaboration with SCM partners’. The results of this study reveal that the factors such as the information infrastructure and support activities for SCM give a significant influence on the collaboration with SCM partners and these factors influence on production performance(SCOR) indirectly through the collaboration with SCM partners. It is also identified that the collaboration with SCM partners give a significant influence on Supply Chain Operations Reference in terms of relationships among activities.
