21세기 식품산업의 특징은 식품안전에 대한 체계적인 식품관리가 우선적으로 요구되어 지고 있다. 국내 식품산업의 특징은 원재료를 수입하여 국내에서 단순 가공하여 수출하던 방식에서 전 세계를 대상으로 한 글로벌 소싱, 반 가공, 가공, 유통 및 마케팅이 글로벌 파트너들을 통해 복합적으로 이루어지는 방식으로 변화되고 있다.


This paper examines the establishment of supply chain management partnership and business productivity in Korean food industry. As SCM got evolved, the importance of partnership and relationship among the partners is increased. Especially, in Food supply chain, due to the importance of Food safety and cost reduction, partnership among the supply chain members become critical factor for achieving productivity which consisted with following factors such as IT capability, Trust, Standardization. The purpose of this study is identifying partnership factors and Agility to clarify with the partnership experience as SCM factors contribute to business productivity for the food SCM firms. Base on analysis of 134 cases, following results were founded. First, SCM partnership trust factors have negatively significant influence on responsiveness of supply chain agility. Second, SCM partnership trust factors have negatively significant influence on flexibility of supply chain agility. This study suggests that there is paradigm shift on the food supply chain and necessity for on-going partner relationship. However, there are limitations such as industry development level, partial integration process in food industry. For the future study, stepwise approach should be examined.
