It has drawn much attention especially in the area of service industry where service marketing research and personal service take a major portion to focus on the importance of service staff who provide service to the customers. Providing quality service is of vital importance in achieving customer satisfaction and internal marketing geared toward overall job satisfaction is considered as a strategic tool required to fulfill those objective. Findings from this study are as follows; First, it showed that LMX1 and LMX 2 that are the relationship between supervisors and subordinates had a positive influence on empowerment statistically. Second, LMX1 and LMX2 were found to have a positive influence on job satisfaction. It also found that LMX 1 and LMX2 both have a positive influence on empowerment as well. Third, competency and influence of hotel employees were found to have a positive influence on job satisfaction.
