Since service companies provide intangible service products, service companies should apply so-called ‘service design,’ which visualizes intangible services, into their business settings. The area of service design can be defined as all domains that meet customers. Shops are the point of contact which can communicate with customers by visualizing intangible products. Shops are also the space which can exhibit every aspects of the brand. For service companies, space design for shops stands out as the core element of service design. This study presents how successful brand scaping space design, which can improve the brand value, should be.
