This study suggested the research model that empirically investigated users' behavior of adopting e-Learning. Based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) that is the well-known model in the field of information system adoption and information systems success model, this study suggested incorporated web service characteristics, including Accessability, Personalization, and Flexibility and system characteristics, such as Functionality, Interactivity, Reflection, alone with Subjective Norm in order to explain users' behavior on e-Learning adoption. A total of 304 data were used to analyze the proposed model using AMOS 7.0. The results are twofold: First, results suggest that constructs in web service and system characteristics have a significant role in regards to Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Second, results support the significant effect of Subject Norm to Perceived Usefulness with respects to e-Learning adoption intention. The findings suggested that the important factors influencing e-Learning adoption intention should be considered for e-Learning researchers and practitioners in ordre to revitalize e-Learning for education.
