This study aims to examine the determinants of the corporate competitiveness of korean investment enterprise in China. It puts forward the conception of enterprise competitiveness and establishes the evaluation index system of enterprise competitiveness. By using Analytic Hierarchy Process, this study develops a hierarchy model, which includes three influencing factors, such as business environment, business internal management strategy and the entire product competitiveness. Then the components of each level are divided; three factors of the second level have 8 sub-constructs, such as macroeconomic environments, industry competitive environments, financial competence, strategic organization competence, globalization strategy competence, product competiteveness, technologic renewal ability and new market develop ability. According to AHP analysis results, the key factors on working the corporate competitiveness of korean enterprise in China are the entire product competitiveness(44.34%) and business internal management strategy(37.74%). The subsidiary factors, which work on the corporate competitiveness of korean investment enterprise are sales ability(0.1498), benefit efficiency(0.0981), the human resource management(0.0863) and technology level(0.0766). This the evaluation system of the corporate competitiveness is designed, which helps korean investment enterprise in China to find their disadvantages, and therefore strengthen their competitiveness. More further researches are needed to generalize the evaluation system of the corporate competitiveness.
