Logistic service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today’s food industry environment. Delivery excellence has become a powerful source of competitive differentiation and advantage. Many studies have assessed the relationship between logistics service quality and customer satisfaction at level of foodservice industry. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the causal influences among the logistics service quality constructs and their effects on relationship quality and customer loyalty. Reviewing in the literature, this study developed a research model based on the various concepts such as logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, trust and commitment, customer loyalty. The finding suggests that logistics service quality had a positive effect on relationship quality. Also, relationship quality had a positive effort on customer loyalty. But, it’s interesting that; hypothesis 1(service quality) and 2(order reject) is not accepted. Hence, courier companies make an effort to delivery on time and no reject about a small quantity.
