The purpose of this study was to investigate suggestions for physical education(PE) teachers' role-performance from analyzing determinants for experienced learners' positive perceptions toward PE teachers. To achieve this purpose, qualitative research method was used. Participants of this study were 131 experienced learners from M college in Mokpo city. The summary of this study's results was as follows. First, experienced learners positively perceive for more middle school PE teachers than high school PE teachers. Second, Direct determinants for experienced learners' positive perceptions toward PE teachers were the ones related PE classes, and additional determinants were the ones related PE teachers' individuality. Third, the principal determinants of related PE classes were teaching actions and teaching administration. Determinants of teaching actions were the understanding of learner, enthusiastic teaching, and accompany with learners in classes. And determinants of teaching administration were systematic teaching administration, the presentations of various events, free teaching administration, and interesting teaching administration. Fourth, determinants of PE teachers' individuality were smart appearance, PE teachers' life attitude, an appropriate emergency measure, and a sense of humor. The results of this study make a contribution to the reference materials of PE teachers' education and teacher evaluation in PE.
