This study was analyzed to evaluate the satisfactions of visitors to Hi-Seoul Festival by using 20 measures. According to the results of analysis, Visitors' satisfactions consist of four factors; that is, 'festival operation', 'festival value', 'souvenirs', 'food'. Because, by IPA results, the performance of 'pre-promotion for the contents and schedule of the festival; 'guidance-facilities within an event place, 'pamphlets for introducing an event', was lower than their importance, it was found that the complement was urgent to improve this immediately.
