With in short time, information and communication technology(ICT) has become one of the basic building blocks in art education. Understanding ICT and mastering the basic skills and concepts of ICT are regarded as part of the core of art education. In the infusing approach to ICT development, ICT infuses all aspects of teachers' professional lives in such ways as to improve student leaning and the management of learning processes. The approach supports active and creative teachers who are able to stimulate and manage the learning of students, integrating a range of preferred learning styles and uses of ICT in achieving their goals. The necessity of this study is to design the instructional method in order to enhance students' problem-solving skills, critical thinking, decision-making and creativity in art class. Based on this necessity, the purpose of this study is to develop the instructional method for artistic-expression activity using ICT, so that the Seventh National Curriculum for art can be applied to the practical instructional methods. For the purpose, this study presents followings: 1) Development of artistic-expression activity centered-model using ICT in art education. 2) Development of the instructional programs using ICT in art education. 3) Development of the instructional method for artistic-expression activity centered-model using ICT in art education.
