The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship among the style of transformational leadership(charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration) in the leisure sports organizations, job satisfaction and orgainzational commitment according to effects of moderating role of trust.The subjects of this study were collected 225 workers in leisure sports organizations.The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for the styles of transformational leadership had been developed by Bass(1997), the job satisfaction had been developed by Tett & Meyer and Vandenherg & Lance(1992), and the organizational commitment had been developed and used by McGee & Ford(1987). And also trust had been developed and used by Cook & Wall(1980).The statistical methods such as Corelational Analysis and Hierarchical Regression Analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal.From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions :
