The purpose of this paper was to examine the changes of achievement of high school biology through student activity-centered learning in high school biology classroom. Subjects were three equivalent groups of girl students of the second year in girls high school. Student activity-centered learning was to mean that students should be bestowed each group with tasks and learning topics, should teach each others in biology classroom. Student behaviors were to study learning topics, discuss with group members, and prepare to teach other groups, and the role of teachers were to organize lesson and guide them. We suggested that students should actively behavior in biology classroom, and have positive attitude and interest of biology.
