The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of 12 weeks combined exercise training on body composition, physical fitness and blood constituent in a woman college. The subjects was 20 woman college, with combined exercise group(n=10) and control group(n=10). The combined exercise group in 80minutes of combined training and three days a week for 12 weeks. The results were described as follows; First, There was significantly for the change of body composition in combined exercise group(p<.05), but no significantly difference in control group(p>.05). Second, There physical fitness was significantly for the change of in combined exercise group(p<.05), but no significantly difference the control group(p>.05). Third, There was significantly for the change of blood constituent in combined exercise group was TG, TC, creatinine, HDL-C (p<.05), but no significantly difference control group(p>.05). It is done an idea with current health status in the body weight adaptation methods that regular exercise participation knows a female college student such an affirmative change to stand by can make increase.
