In this research women participating in the program were divided into twenties, thirties, forties, and fifties. Each group consists of 10 persons. Their training schedule is as follows; warming-up exercise 3-5 minutes with musical bpm 130-140; main exercise 15-40 minutes with musical bpm 140-155, and in this level 7 basic steps training for 15 minutes, then several different kinds of step training such as march, lift, jumping-jack, skip, running, kick, squart, step touch, grapevine, v-step, and lung-jack for 25 minutes; culminating exercise for 10 minutes with lower level musical bpm 120-130. Table 2-4 shows the results of body composition , blood lipids, and blood pressure of pre-training, after 5 weeks, and after 10 weeks. The following is results of test;After 10 weeks,1. There appears meaningful decrease in weights, fat quantity, TC, TG, and LDL-C while it appears meaningful increase in neutral fat but not in blood pressure in twenties' women..2. There appears meaningful decrease in weights, fat quantity, TC, TG, and LDL-C while it appears meaningful increase in neutral fat and HDL-C but not in blood pressure in thirties' women..3.
