The purpose of this study was to examine simultaneously attractiveness of Chun-cheon International Mime Festival and We-do tourist attraction, in which the festival was held, evaluated by visitors, and then to analyze that which attractiveness attributes were need to be improved as well as maintained, in order to suggest some ways to improve the attractiveness of the festival and tourist attraction. The results of this study elicited some implications.First, IPA analysis about attractiveness of the festival and tourist attraction indicated that performance was assessed generally to be low, while importance as a whole was given more value. Therefore, continuous improvements were needed substantially to fill the needs, highly demanded by tourists.Second, the results of comparison of things, which were pointed out to be improved in the assessment of attractiveness, showed that improvements were driven from some corresponding attributes, such as ‘education’, ‘meet with others’, ‘originality and uniqueness’, ‘amusement and enthusiasm’, ‘experiences’, ‘involvement’, ‘manner of the local residents’, ‘service of employees’.
