A-B-A design is a well known evaluation methodology to explain the casual relationship between independent factor and dependent factor. It is useful in human resource management for that the main factors which change the relationship significantly can be identified efficiently and easily. Moreover, it can give rise to the strong motivation for the educatee because they can confirm the significant change instantly and clearly.The purpose of this study is to develop the Service Instruction Model using A-B-A design in college and to improve student’s proficiency of studying and finally to supply highly qualified service worker to the service industry.A-B-A design for service instruction is composed of pre-evaluation, training, post evaluation and mastery. Several evaluation methods like self access with video-imaging and evaluation by another trainee were performed.The major findings of this study were as follows: First, a conceptual framework for this study was proposed based on A-B-A design. Second, this model is efficient for student’s self-consciousness as a professional service man. Third, this model can be useful education method for trainee and college student in service industry.
