This research was analyzed by the positioning to perceive the characteristics of theme-park markets in view of the selection attributes of theme-park users. The selection attributes of theme-park users were classified into 'price', 'atmosphere', 'Beverage/souvenir', 'event/discount', 'amusement facilities', 'use-relavance', 'accessibility' and etc. In such theme-parks as 'Lotte World', "Ever Land', 'Seoul Land', 'Dream Land', the relative rivalry-relationship was low. In many of selection attributes of theme-park users, 'Lotte World' appeared to be the most excellent, followed by 'Ever Land', 'Seoul Land' and 'Dream Land'. This research can provide the suggestions on the marketing strategy planning from revealing rivalry-order by the selection attributes over theme-parks.
