Ameloblastic carcinoma is an ameloblastoma with histological malignant transformation with or without metastatic disease. We report an ameloblastic carcinoma ex ameloblastoma of right mandibular body in 7-year-old girl with a heterogeneous histologic components. The tumor showed solid sheets composed of atypical keratinized squamous cells, small ovoid cells, and spindle cells in addition to a bit of benign ameloblastoma component. Immunohistochemically, the squamous cells were strongly cytokeratin positive/vimentin negative and the small ovoid and spindle cells were weakly cytokeratin positive/vimentin positive.
