And residents' satisfaction on each design elements in their current housing were also measured. The results revealed the gap in perceived importance of design elements between resident group and designer group. A satisfaction on some of the design elements were found to be low while the perceived importance were evaluated relatively high, and it implies the need of more deliberate consideration on those elements in designing the apartment housing.
