The Historic Consideration about the Unification of Real EstateLee, Hoi-Kyu / Park, Kwang-DongThe Japanese Organization of The Law has had influenced upon The Korean Organization of The Law to deal with estate and buildings as independent rea estate. we can presume The Japanese Organization of The Law has two causes to deal with estate and buildings as independent real estate. that is, people might interpret the values of the estate and the building equally not only because the estate register and the building register have been treated separately but also there was the custom that people thought the estate and the building were the same things without the investigation of the custom by the international state of Japanese - the escape from the unfair treaties with the world powers. and In the Korea we can not disregard the aspect that the custom has been investigated not for ourselves but for the taste of Japanese. Besides, we have so many problems which we must be accommodated to but we cannot settle those problems in the organization of the law because the estate and the building have been treated as separate ones. after all, we don't only need the way how we maintain the existing system but also the way how we can newly approach to settle the problems about the real estate. that is, we need the plan with which we approach carefully to settle these aspects. however, they must be advanced gradually if not, the impatient unification of the real estate shall do damages to the legal stability.
