We report a case of brain-stem glioma with hemorrhage. A 24-year-old female presented with a 2-month history of headache, vomiting, right hemiparesis. Magnetic resonance image showed a 4×2.5cm sized mass with subacute stage hemorrhage in the left cerebellopontine angle. The mass and hemorrhage was surgically removed and pathological findings were consistent with pilocytic astrocytoma with recent hemorrhage. The patient discharged with mild neurological deficit.
