본 연구는 남녀고등학교 수영선수를 14명을 남자 7명, 여자 7명으로 나누어, 동일 심박수 인터벌 트레이닝(90~95%HRmax로 2분운동 2분휴식 7회)을 실시하여 안정 시, 운동 직후, 회복 15분과 30분의 혈중젖산, 젖산탈수소효소, 암모니아의 변화를 비교하였다. 집단내 측정시기별 변화는 one-wey ANOVA를, 집단 간 안정 시에서 운동 직후, 회복 15분, 회복 30분의 변화율 비교를 위하여 t-test를 실시한 결과, 혈중젖산은 남자가 여자보다 운동 직후 유의하게 높았고, 안정 시에서 회복 15분, 30분에서는 안정 시로의 회복이 빨랐다. 젖산탈수소효소는 운동 직후 유의한 차이가 없었고, 회복기에서는 안정 시에서 회복 15분에는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 회복 30분에서 안정 시로의 회복이 남자가 여자보다 빨랐다. 암모니아는 운동 직후 유의한 차이가 없었고, 안정 시에서 회복 15분, 회복 30분에서는 안정 시로의 회복이 남자가 여자보다 빨랐다. 따라서 남녀 수영선수의 트레이닝 시 여자선수는 남자선수보다 운동강도는 증가시켜야하고, 휴식시간은 더 늘려 줌으로서 피로 누적으로 인한 over training이나 운동 상해를 예방할 수 있도록 트레이닝 계획을 세워야 할 것이다.


This study has analyzed the changes of blood lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase and ammonia comparatively after interval training (2min×7times) of same heart rate between male and female swimmer. Subjects trained to swimming of interval training (90~95%HRmax as 2 min interval training were operated 7 time) are divided into male (n=7) and female (n=7). The measurement of blood lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase and ammonia was conducted at resting before the training, right after the training, recovery 15 min and recovery 30 min. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviations by using SPSS window 11.0 package program, and were analyzed by using one-way ANOVA to evaluate the difference of within groups, and comparison between groups operated t-test. For the posttest, Duncan-test was employed. The significance level for all statistical processes is .05. The result as follows ; 1) Blood lactic acid level increased more female than male right after the training and male recovered more rapidly at 15min and 30min of recovery. 2) LDH had no difference right after the training. there was no difference at 15min of recovery but at 30min of recovery male recovered more rapidly than female in LDH. 3) Ammonia had no difference right after the training. But male recovered more rapidly than female at 15min and 30min of recovery. Therefore, when training of female swimmer should be increase to exercise intensity than male swimmer. So, female swimmer required more rest than male swimmer. It is necessary to establish proper training plan to prevent training injury due to accumulation of fatigue.
