In 21st century, knowledge and information - oriented society sport has been changing into new paradigm itself. This is, Sport leads media worth to develope and create value added. It also contributes to promote national prosperity. Especially the sport plays an important role as a cultural consumption. Due to mess media and information development, people are concerned about international sport events like Olympics and World cup football. The pro sport, various leisure and adventure sport are starting to show up in our daily life. So the fixed form of sport is changing into various forms of sports which is focused on the individuality. When the internet came to this world, the early of 1990, the goal of using internet was exchanging informations. In 1991, when "www"showed up in Internet, we couldn't predict the future in 10 years. Sport is faced to new paradigm. According to the change of sport we need to plan for publich relations for pro team fans. All strategics for sport fans should be changed. The purpose of this study is to analyse the realities of domestic, international pro team web-site and draw up the plan for web site. In conclusion, first, quality and quantity of information should be improved. Second, we should use the function of communication. Third, we should enforce the public relations which is related and give some information.
