훌륭한 인격의 형성은 도덕적 인지 감정 행동이 함께 작용하고 상호 지원해 준다. 훌륭한 교사로서 갖추어야 할 바람직한 교직윤리를 함양하기 위해서는 교직윤리에 대한 인지적, 정의적, 행동적 측면의 요소들을 통합적으로 계발할 수 있도록 고안된 프로그램이 필요하다. 활용할 수 있는 모든 공식적․비공식적 교육과정을 통합하여 유기적으로 운영함으로써 교직윤리에 대한 지식과 지적기능을 습득하도록 해야 하며, 교직에 대한 사명감과 자긍심을 심어줌과 동시에 구체적인 행동으로 옮길 수 있도록 하는 교직윤리 행동기능을 훈련시켜 습관화되고 인격화되도록 해야 한다.


This paper is a study on the integrated moral education by the teacher's ethics education case. There are three approach in moral education, cognitive, affective, and behavioral approach. Each has a strong aspects, but also a weak aspects. We need to develope more appropriate methodology for moral education. So, I try to integrate the three approach by character education. As a study of the integrated moral education, I try to study the teacher's ethics. In this paper, I strongly emphasis on the integrated teacher's ethics education. Teachers must know about the teacher's ethics, cognitive aspects of it. It's not enough. They have to take aspiration for becoming the good teacher, and satisfy themselves. It's an affective aspects of teacher's ethics. Knowing about the teacher's ethics, satisfying themselves must be complemented by action skills for teacher's ethics. So, for appropriate teacher's ethics I strongly emphasis on the integrated approach, cognitive, affective, and behavioral approach. This integrated teacher's ethics is a study case for integrated moral education.
