The purpose of this paper is to analyze physical education curriculum implementation at elementary school level based on the 7th national curriculum in terms of three dimensions. These three dimensions are reorganization, students-centered, and diversity that stand for the inherent characteristics of the 7th national curriculum. For this, survey, class observation, interview, and document analysis are conducted in three areas. Data from multiple collection methods are analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The reorganization, students-centered, and diversity are described in the four elements(objectives, contents, teaching methods, and evaluation) of the 7th national physical education curriculum at elementary school level. The three characteristics of the 7th national curriculum are relatively founded at elementary physical education classes, but the ways how to implement the elementary physical education curriculum are not positive and effective.
