We present two types of stationary, axially symmetric solutions and an Israel-Wilson-Perjes-type multi-centered solution in the Einstein-Maxwell Dilaton-Axion theory. The solutions have seven independent parameters: the ADM mass, the Taub-NUT charge, the electromagnetic charges, a speci c angular momentum, and the asymptoties of the dilaton and the axion. We have found the solutions by integrating the equations of motion directly, not by using the generating algorithms. One of the two types is just the Gal'tsov-Kechkin solution which describes the charged rotating black hole of low-energy string e ective theory. The other type has a naked singularity.
