Ubiquitous Computing Society and Privacy Protection Prof. Dr. Jeong Jun-hyeon Comming information Age, represented by the Ubiquitous Computing, gives us one hand "Realtime Well-being" and another hand "Fear of Big browser". Namely, it makes us to satisfy any desire over the limit of time and space through the seamless computer networking between demander and supplier. Simultaneously, it drops us seized with fear that somebody(so called "Big Browser") dominates my slight motion or trend any time and any place through the Information Technology confused with multi-media, Global positioning system(GPS), medical system and so on ; Such as the cinema, "The enemy of the state" and "Matrix". To overcome this fear; Firstly, every personal data including not only any identifying data but also extra data like personal hobby, medical history and every electronic prints must be recognized as a part of the personal right. Secondly, Every personal data Collector must notify the data belonged the scope of his and her right of data-self-decision assuming full informed consent. Thirdly, every prcessed personal data must be stored anonymously(in form of visible anonym) and dispersedly and transferred in strictly limited condition. Finally, the Government must introduce "personal data effect assessment system" against the internet service provider and other likes.
