LEB system is a prefabricated building system of a gable frame fastened by bolts with shape section developed from conventional C-channel section of galvanised steel and standard connectable hardwares. The LEB system is used to small one-story factory and storehouse building within 10m span. In spite of economical and constructional efficiency, it is difficult to be used for long span over 10m because of a structural limitation. Accordingly, performance improvement is required for LEB system. So, this paper suggests three alternatatives to improve structural performances of LEB system which are a development of section detail for section performance, an installation of tie-bar to control a deflection due to a vertical load and an adaption of fixed column bases. In the results, improvement methods in structural performances are proposed and the allowable load graphs for each cases are prepared to correspond to KS Code.
