The quality of concrete is proved by the strength test of compression, which is conducted according to "The method of strength test of concrete compression", using two standard specimen (one is 10cm in diameter and 20cm height, the other is 15cm in diameter and 30cm in height). The speed of pressure should be measured by 2~3kgf/㎠ per second. Now on the spot of construction, one tests the compression of concrete with random loading rate to get the profitable results for the remicon factory. Because the compressive strength of concrete is influenced by the difference in loading rate, the correct and available materials of the test are required. In this research, the relation between compressive strength and loading rate was measured for the effective quality control of concrete construction. And the results of the experiment about the influence of loading rate on the compressive strength of both general and high strength concrete and general concrete were comparatively analyzed. Finally, the purpose of this paper is to suggest basic materials for more effective way of test and plan of use, in order to improve structure quality by getting the proper strength of concrete.
