The maintenance management in multi-family housing was focused on public area. While expert managers maintained and managed public area, there were not systematic maintenance management in Dwelling-Units, that is private area. Dweller are required to their Dwelling Units by themselves because of indistinct in limits of management and variety of detail facility. By examining currrent conditions of deteriorated multi-family housing and methods for maintenance management, this study recognizes the necessity for a development of systematic and convenient system, and proposes a web-based maintenance management system. This web-based system may be a transition from existing maintenance management system.
