The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship and effect among mobile communication service quality, customer satisfaction, and post-purchase behavior. The findings discovered by the analysis are like followings. First, mobile communication service quality effects on customer satisfaction. Second, communication technology effects on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction effects on post-purchase behavior . Fourth, fee appropriateness effects on customer satisfaction. Fifth, I didn't find the significant relationship between customer satisfaction, choice motive and charge in mobile communication use. The suggestions of this study are like followings. First, fee level needs to be set differently depending on individual's characteristics. Second, the flexible concept is required to easily use mobile communication as a helpful tool in living. Third, mobile companies need to enhance long-term relationship with customer with customer loyalty improvement.
