The preceeding studies have shown that organizational citizenship is a behavior from the conscious decision of intention rather than one-time emotional reaction. In this study, therefore, the relation of employees'compensational equity and organizational citizenship behavior, and the effect of organizational devotion were included. First, organizational devotion has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the equity of wages affects organizational devotion insignificantly, but that of promotion has a positive influence on it. Third, the equity of wages and promotion don't affect organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, the equity of wages which intermediates organizational devotion doesn't affect organizational citizenship behavior, but that of promotion has a positive influence on the behavior. Therefore, taking a side view of the effective compensation, organizational constituents have an interest in their promotion more than their wages. So, All managers realize the importance of compensation equity, effecting the conduct of their organizational constituents.
