The purpose of this study was to contribute to preventing the sports injury for analysis of the impact phase of the force absorption and the impact timing during tennis forehand strokes. To accomplish the purpose of this study, subjects were 4 males college elite players in K university in Seoul. The experimental equipments employed for this study were the video camera analysis system(60Hz) for analyzing to impact pattern of the swing trajectory and the percussion analysis system(10,000Hz) for analyzing to the impact time and absorption of impact vibration. The conclusions through these results are as follows.1. Video Image AnalysisThe displacements of impact phase was increased in proportion to the horizontal and vertical component. But horizontal displacements showed the peak point in the middle of Impact Phase. Otherwise, vertical displacements showed the peak point in the end of Impact Phase. At impact phase, both acceleration and force showed larger the absorption of force that is the action by muscle concentric contraction than the generation of force that is the reaction by muscle eccentric contraction.
