This project examines and analyzes the importance and positive educational effects of early childhood physical activity programs in order to build up desirable environment for early childhood physical activities. To this end, 100 kindergarten instructors are surveyed and the results show the followings.1. The frequency of physical education class is mostly once a week. Each class has 16-20 students and runs 20-30 minutes. Differences in students' ability are ignored. The major programs are conducted for enhancing basic physical fitness and evaluating students' development.2. Patterns of physical activity programs are differed according to the environmental variables of the subjects, such as ages, educational background, and characteristics of the facilities. However, undergraduate major of the instructors do not contribute to the differences.
