This study was conducted to compare and analyze the job characteristics, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of pro-sports team staffs on the basis of socio-demographic variables.In this study, research data were gathered and collected by questionnaire from 313 persons who are working at the pro-sports team. Statistical techniques to analyze the data were one-way ANOVA, multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.The major findings of this study were as follows;Firstly, the significant differences were appeared by socio-demographic characteristics such as age, job career, education level and type of sports. That is, job challenge, organizational commitment, job environment, speciality by education level, job environment by career and job commitment, management environment by type of sports.Secondly, the relationship between job characteristic and job organizational commitment was shown negative correlation with role conflict, role ambiguity, positive correlation with job freedom.Thirdly, the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction was shown positive correlation with job environment, compensation system, and speciality.
