This study is based understanding an importance of physical fitness concerned with health, and leading can be up-grade through systematical exercise program and fundamental physical fitness in the 7th primary school curriculum in Korea education. The two groups are Consist of 260 students (5grade, 7classes in U-primary school)in Ulsan metropolitan city. The Experimental group takes a program in 30weeks and Control group general physical education and their influence in progressing muscular endurance, flexibility and body endurance are as below.1. There were notable differences <p < .01> in every items between Experiment group and Control group for applying fore & after the program as change their physical fitness.2. Compared with progress physical fitness, Experimental group was more up graded than Control group. So, there was a notable difference, too. (P < .01)3. As we compared with male and female, Boys are strong on Push-ups and Girls are strong on standing trunk flexion in Experimental group, but Push-ups on female was more up-graded in Control group statically.
