This study is to define the Plastic characteristics, shape, color, material, pattern of female court dancing suits in Chosun Dynasty. Costumes of female dancers may be classified Into 4 types. Costumes of general female dancers( -~j( it;) UP to 19th century. as most commonly seen In the Royal feasts, were similar to an egg shape - tight tops with wide bottoms. In the 20th century, skirt became less blown. In Choon-ang-jon(W.DM), green lorum and embroidered silk belt In red were added, showing beauty of static elegance. In Sun-you-ak( ~~~), costumes of female dancers appear manly and dynamic. In Gum-gi-mu( !lJiUo. costumes of female dancers make sure of activity, as the dance became more dynamic. Usually additive complementary color was used to suite of female court dancer.
