The purpose of this paper is to study the process of subjectivization and the way of dislocation which interpellated characters search for in the fic- tions, focusing on the Louis Altusser and Michel Pecheux’s theory on interpellation. In this paper, the meaning of the term ‘interpellaion’ includes the given name, the naming, the designation and social ideology. In summary, firstly, Cho, Se-hee’s The Dwarf’s Throwing Up the Small Ball presents pressed subjectivization process and dislocative way by the negativity through the dwarf under the capitalism. Nextly, Chon, Kyong- reen’s short-stories symbolize how activity of interpellation which woman- narrator suffered from the childhood affects on the woman’s life under the patricentric ideology. The way of dislocation which woman narrator finds is becoming lightness, the leap, and searching for the Subject through the counter-identification.The same point of two works is that characters who have not achieved their identification and consistency as the subject in the fictions dispose on the contrary deficiency itself in different ways. Though disposed deficiency can not change the society, it gets its partial goal by scarring the social totality, the main axe of governing ideology. The work which analyzes the aspect of interpellation in each time depicted in the fictions is the same as the study that analyzes the governing ideology in each time. Through this thesis, we can understand the relation among the literature, subject, ideology, and the operation of the interpellation. Furthermore, if we search for the diachronic and synchronic meanings of interpellation through the reading of individual works, we will be able to form “the interpellation poetics” even in the korean history of literature.
