The aim of this paper is to identify the different transcription’s relation and phonetic form of ‘兄’ and ‘支次’ which written in the Shilla inscription of the mid six century. The Hwangchoryeong inscription’s ‘薦(篤)兄’ agreed with Maunryeong inscription’s ‘薦(篤)支次’ on the text of inscription and responsibilities and an official rank. Therefore, I consider the two as one and the same person. ‘兄’ was written in the official title of Koguryeo and ‘支次’ was three kingdom’s official title. So lingustics similarity of ‘兄’ and ‘支次’ looked up in the official title. I think that ‘兄’ was written korean by the meanings of the Chinese character, ‘支次’ was written korean by the sounds of the Chinese character.‘支’ was exchanged with [*gi] in the different transcriptions of the proper nouns and was read by [*hi] in mid twelve century’s Seotokkukyeol. And then, I reconstruct 支’s phonetic form with [*gi]. The initial consonant of ‘次’ is reconstructed by [*ts], because the different transcriptions of the proper nouns and the written of the Shilla folksong and fossillized ‘긔’ were used [*ts]. The vowel of 次 is reconstructed by [*i], because of 賜’s vowel [*i] was changed with [](‘次’ belong to the same class with ‘賜’) before mid twelve century. Accordingly bifore discussing, 兄‘s the Shilla phonetic form is reconstructed by [*gii]
