The purpose of this study is to classify the supply chain types into the reactive supply chain and the efficient supply chain, and to identify the integrated factors and the differences between the RTE competency precedents, RTE capacity and supply chain performance. As for RTE competency leading factors, environmental uncertainty, supply chain orientation, and market orientation were selected. For RTE competency, agility, visibility, forecasting ability, and information system were selected and financial performance and non - financial performance were selected as supply chain performance. First, RTE competency precedents of firms with reactive supply chain and efficient supply were found to have a positive (+) significant effect on RTE competence. The RTE competency showed some positive And it was confirmed to have a significant effect. The results of the hypothesis tests of RTE competency precedence, RTE competence, and supply chain performance were compared according to the type of supply chain. Therefore, it is suggested that raising the level of the RTE competency preceding factors can raise the RTE competence level, and raising the RTE capacity can improve the supply chain performance. As a result of analyzing the differences according to the type of supply chain, it is confirmed that there are some significant differences, and the level of perception of the companies constituting the reactive supply chain is higher. Based on the results of this study, it was verified that there is a difference between the reactive supply chain and the efficient supply chain.
