As the number of victims from disasters has been increasing, logistical support for relief efforts has also been recognized as the most important activity to cope with the disasters. Especially, supply network design for delivering relief goods is essential for efficient logistics activities in response to disasters. In this study, we used stochastic programming to find the optimal solution considering various scenarios in order to response disaster. It designed a backup supply center to prepare for link disconnections, and the main supply center and the backup supply center are not adjacent. Also, The analysis shows that the model presented in this study is effective in responding to disaster. In addition, the sensitivity analysis presented the results of changes in the number of maximum supply centers, fixed costs, and transport costs.
