It is notably imagined that Taiwanese enterprises try to optimize the entire supply chains through supply chain management by mutual cooperation between companies in order to quickly respond to changing market’s needs, and maximize the efficiency. Especially, the top management’s support and cultural similarity are regarded as affecting the whole areas of business. Therefore, it is anticipated to discover the characteristics through SCM in Taiwan. As a result of research analysis, it is accepted that the top management’s support and cultural similarity positively impact on the level of SCM activity. Simultaneously, this also influences the management performance in a positive way. Therefore, it is highlighted to implement SCM activities with a robust support of top management and cultural similarity, in order to improve the business performance and achieve a successful SCM.
